Pretended to be offering friendly customer service when it was obvious she was checking on me. Just because you dont recognize a patron dont assume. Just because I'm not wearing a biker jacket dont discriminate. Dont just welcome her type like cholos. Everyone should be welcome. She tried to make it right and change her story so I can stay but the attitude was already forced. Why does it have to come down to me saying im a veteran?"

"Been coming here off and on for a few years now and it is hands down the *perfect* place to stop for anyone who enjoys a cigar or a fine whiskey. A beautiful aesthetic with lovely murals lined with wood and leather trim. Deep leather seats great for smoking alone or with company. The bar is fully stocked with all ranged of Whiskey, scotch, and bourbon. Step into their large humidor and a tobaconist will step in without request and offer to help you find exactly what you're looking for, whether your a seasoned smoker or new to the hobby. The staff and friendly and attentive while being acutely aware if a customer would rather isolation and will respect that. 11/10, would recommend for anyone looking to escape for an hour or two. Edit: Alas, my wife and I are moving out of state and must leave this amazing establishment behind. Somehow, much to my amazement, the staff always recognizes us and greets us like family. They will be sorely missed. Thank you all for all your kind words, friendly smiles, and fond memories. May your establishment remain for the centuries to come."

"By far the best lounge I’ve been to. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. The selection is unmatched, prices are more than fair, and the conditions in the humidor are great. With some other shops, the cigars require some acclimation, but here, after a cut the humidity is perfect… not too dry, not too moist, just right. Atmosphere is welcoming, and the bourbon selection and prices are the best I’ve seen in the area. If you’re on the search for the best cigar lounge in the area, don’t waste time with the others, just come here."
