"The owner is always very polite with me and the product we buy is always well stocked. (Zyn pouches) He goes out of his way to make sure of it. He carries a large variety of other products. Prices are competitive but fair."

"I work with many small business owners and I never in my life come across as such a monster as this owner. My sister, who is disabled and lives in the city of Covina loves doing her laundry at the laundromat located right next to the store. When she’s doing her laundry she likes to step in to the store and buy snacks to have with her like soda, chips or candy bar and almost definitely has bought scratch tickets from him. Today she walked in and was accused of wasting his time and not buying anything. He must not have recognized her. A very kind customer defended my sister. The man spoke in Arabic and didn’t think my sister understood and insulted her looks and told her to get out. He turned to the same customer and said I don’t like dealing with Arabs I don’t wanna do business with arabs. When my sister turned around and said I understood what you said why are you asking me to leave he said because you’re not buying nothing. She literally just walked in and the customer she walked in with defended her. She walked out and called me. I came to confront the store owner and videotaped my conversation which turned into a confrontation since was suddenly defensive. He didn’t care, was not apologetic and said that he DID say all of those things because she was taking her time. He denied her ever coming into the store in the past and said that he does not want to deal with Arabs. Mind you my sister was born and raised here she’s American and understands the language . Discriminatory practices and I gave a copy of the video that I took today to all news stations including her lawyer."

"Been coming to this shop for years. Owner is a nice man and always asks how my day is going. One time I bought an e-cig from him that was malfunctioned, he apologized when I told him the situation and provided me with a replacement and another as a show of good faith."

"I just saw a video that went viral with a woman confronting the owner of this store for being rude and racist with her sister. I actually witnessed him being very nasty and shady with another customer a couple months back but didn’t write a review. I decided after seeing that video to write one now. This man needs to be sued. I ended up not buying anything back then because of what he told another customer while I was there. So this one lady asked where her receipt was. This man cannot get mad at customers for asking for their receipt. He has to give it by law. Then he said Ill just give you your money back. She said I didnt ask for the money I want to see the receipt. So he kicks her out because he thinks she’s being demanding. We have to demand receipts and question is why he is not automatically providing one?"

"They over charge and won't give you a receipt that lays out the cost and taxes. There is a $1 fee to buy a carton with a card. There is also a $0.50 fee for just using a card. A pack was $9.61, so $96/carton, but my total came to $111 even? When I asked for a receipt so I could see the price breakdown he said no and said he would just give me my money back but he would not tell me how much taxes I paid. So I went across the street and bought another carton. It was $9.16/pack, so $91.60/carton with only $9.39 tax, so why did this place charge $15 for taxes and fees? I know it's only an extra $5, but if they do that to every customer they are coming up on the customer."
