"This guy behind the counter here is a CRIMINAL. Placed a twenty-dollar bill down in order to get change but ALSO bought an item as well. He asked if I had exact change and I said "Yes, but I also need change for a $20 too". He took my exact change then REFUSED to change my twenty-dollar bill unless I spent at least five (5) bucks more... and this was AFTET I already spent a dollar-fifty ($1.50)! Absolutely NO scruples nor morals with this THIEF = Stay AWAY from HERE !!"
