"Terrible horrible experience at superior was a loyal customer for years , but the customer service and poor management is ridiculous looks like a circus in there this manager with bright red hair that looks like a ex chola tweaker has the worst Mangement , customer and people skills!!!! I have ever witnessed in my life she is really rude , has a bad attitude and doesn’t even know her store and locations of items around the store , I really don’t how people like this are qualified to be in charge , until the store gets new management I won’t be returning, I’m going to tell everyone not to shop here"

"Edit…Ok I didn’t have the best customer actions with the all the employees there in the past, they were very unhelpful, they were behind the glass customer service area next to registers but since then I have had good experiences with the people that work at the money center and also the Security Guard has vet good energy & has a pleasant friendly aura about him, looks like he loves what he does. Based off the money center and guard I’d give 5 stars"
"The security guard was friendly and some of the staff were very helpful. Some other staff were a little cranky. It was late the place was about to close so I guess it's to be expected. The store was clean well organized and well stocked."
