"I applied last year as a Caregiver. From the very beginning I was impressed on how on top of everything each person was in their perspective department. Carmen in HR was absolutely amazing. She was so down to earth in the most professional way as well. On the very day my interview was set Carmen offered me the position on the spot and set me up with everything and everyone I would need. The RN was so good at walking me through the trainings and setting me up with the apps and program’s. I was ready to start working all in just a few hours. Alma in scheduling offered me some shifts and I was set. After a couple of weeks anything I needed I knew I could count on BrightStar staff to have my back. When I had payroll questions or issues all was taken care of right away. I can’t say enough great things about BrightStar. The staff was a well oiled machine that set there employees up for success and continued to support you throughout your employment. Anything I needed whether it be training or questions I knew I could count on the office staff to point me in the right direction. I loved all the clients I had as well. The pay was awesome along with there incentives like employee of the month and a point system based on How many stars one accumulated for gift cards which was super cool. Weekends and working at facility’s paid extra which was sweet. I mean there’s not one negative thing I can really say. I know people usually say that without critiques one can not grow but I think if there’s only flowers to give than give them bouquets galore.
