"I've been receiving care from Dr. Chamberlin for the past few months during my prenatal care. She's lovely for the most part, but my last visit in September left me very distraught. When I told her I was not physically able to receive my pap smear because of pain levels and anxiety, she spent the remaining 15 minutes of my time telling me about another patient that was just diagnosed with stage 4 cervical cancer and how my inaction is irresponsible. Had she been more thoughtful in her care she would have known that I have suffered severe S-Abuse most of my life, making for poking my nether- regions to be both traumatic and painful. I left my appointment feeling nothing but pure shame for not having been able to complete my exam as SHE saw fit.The entire visit was spent making passive aggressive remarks and a bland, "Yeah your baby is fine," slopped onto the end. I understand her position an OB, but her method of helping a patient overcome trauma to receive proper treatment was abhorrent. I've never felt more shame for having been s-assulted and my limited abilities due to those events in my life. Do better."

"Dr. Chamberlain has been my OBGYN doctor for some issues that I have had and she is amazing! She has a very good bedside manner and makes me feel comfortable every visit."

"I was trying to see if I could set up an appointment for my daughter to get a flu shots. She had me wait 15 minutes to see if they had it. Than told me there weren't able to provide service because she wasn't a patient. Than I ask how can I become a patient she was like ma'am why don't you have I provider asking all the questions. Point simple I just moved from Houston lost my insurance because I am at a new job . It kinda sad how people find others as liars when all I am trying to do is get my daughter taken care of."

"We love Valley Medical Group - we originally took our Grandfather there for his care, but after our children were born we also assigned them to a pediatrician there that we loved. She was a lactation consultant as well and took great care of Mom & Baby. When she moved away we were transferred to the care of Dr. Lumsdaine. He's my most favorite doctor I've ever had. Our entire family is now assigned to him as our family practitioner. He is wonderful, as is his assistant Crystal, and the front office staff. We always enjoy our experiences here, and highly recommend Dr. Lumsdaine!"

"Terrible experience! The worst, most unprofessional medical experience I’ve ever had. Period. My little brother went in for his three year old check up with Doctor Remington. After waiting well over an hour and a half, that woman burst in the room and started screaming at us for no reason. Yelling, screaming, because he hadn’t had his hearing test. When we tried to explain that he had medical reasons for holding off until he was three, she started to threaten us! She refused to see him, then abruptly left, leaving my mother in tears. Dr. Remington committed a federal crime by refusing to see my little brother, and what’s worst, now, several weeks later, she continues to threaten us. We have changed doctors (who wouldn’t?), but she still harasses us. If this doesn’t stop, then we will go to the police. AVOID VALLEY MEDICAL GROUP! Worst service ever."
