"10/3/23 I purchased a collector's Napolean with case and shipped it as a gift to a friend in Georgia. Paid $172.04 Upon arrival, the case was broken. I called and talked with Nick and he offered a full refund (if my friend shipped it back to California (which would have been very expensive), a 30% discount or wait until the first of the year to see if Nick could get a replacement case. Now the time to dispute this charge has passed with my credit card and Nick will NOT CALL me back. I have called him over 10 times with no response. DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!"

"I ordered Elfbar Vapes and scanned the code on the boxes. Elfbar website says that they are not authentic Elfbar vapes. I could tell because they tasted burnt. I contacted the company, and and they did nothing"
"We were staying at an air bnb down the road from this store and we were very thankful for that. The store was clean, had a great variety of beverages and snacks/food. The man working every time we were in there was super nice and made each visit pleasant. Wish I had a store like this down the street from my home back in Missouri!!"
