"Hi there, I’m having the worst experience ever! Waste of money! Please stay fare away from their marketing and whoever does your contract as you won’t see that person anymore and after you sign and you start paying money, you have to deal with the clinic! I have been going here for a year now, almost each time I had a new person doing my laser, they never called to check how my situation was about my hair. And the best part was that now they give you an appointment after 10 weeks, just because they are short in staff!!! For a year I have been getting appointments after 6 weeks! Another thing not professional is that the good reviews are from people who work there! Still waiting on a call to schedule an appointment that they canceled on the first of august! So it has been a month I’m waiting for my appointment! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place! Trust me this is my first review in my life! But I had to do it! Have a nice day"
"Fallyn at the front desk was absolutely delightful to encounter upon check in. Quick, easy and very welcoming! Desiree is super sweet, caring of her clients, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. I trusted her with all recommendations and it did not disappoint! (My services included lip fillers and a lip flip. ) She was absolutely amazing ! I was instantly happy with the results and as time goes on I only grow to love them more. Bruising was very minimal and less than I expected . I couldn’t thank her enough for a great experience . I will definitely be returning and referring !"
