"This is a Carter's outlet store and the prices are AMAZING! The store itself is clean, well organized and pleasant. The clerks are knowledgeable and friendly and the manager in duty was very hands on, helping people and supervising the clerks. The entire store is 50% off. They also have specials on to of that. Check with a clerk for the current special. When I went it was 25% additional of a single item plus $10.00 of a future purchase. You can sign up for their rewards program and that also gives you a $10.00 coupon. The clearance items in the back are super discounted. Usually 40-60% off the lowest marked price. This is a sister store to Osh Kosh which is a few doors down and also runs super deal specials. Great store."

"I just went here with my mom today to buy some cute clothes for my niece and cousin for their baptism presents , and not only are their products super adorable, but the customer service is great! A lot of times, sales people are constantly bugging you, and very clever to get you to spend more money, but these employees were very sweet, and our cashier conversed with us and related to us about certain things. It was an all over great experience! :)"

"I love love love Carter's and they products. The quality and pricing you just can beat. Unfortunately this particular stores fails miserably in customer service. This past Friday I was shopping with my mother, sister and my two toddler daughters (Bink & Sam). We stopped in the Carter's store to buy 6 birthday presents and a Halloween outfit for one of my girls. While shopping my 2 year old needed to use the bathroom. My sister saw the bathroom and went to use it. She was rudely stopped by an employee "Leticia"...who snapped at my sister "Where are you going!!??". My sister told her that she was taking my daughter to the bathroom and that she really needed to go. "Leticia" refused to let her use it. So my sister had to run out of the store to find another bathroom which my 2 year old daughter couldn't make it to . She had an accident and was visible upset over the ordeal. Luckily I had a change of clothes for her but needless to say our shopping day was over. How is this possible - A children store where the CHILDREN can't use the bathroom....that's just wrong!!!"
