"Spend $539 in this store and yet they dont want to give me 1 small bag and got told i can only get 1 big bag and not the small bag. When i asked if she can separate the other tshirt because it wont fit! The pregnant lady told me i can only have 1 bag policy! Even asked her if i can buy the bag and she said NO! Ridiculous! 1 parka can only fit in 1 bag!"
"One of the sales rejected to give me the large bag that is my favorite color (no same color for the smaller bag) just because I only purchased two items which is not quantified to the large size! Which is never happen in this or other stores before."
"This is one of Lululemon outlet that offer extra discount on marked down price. An example on the photo, original price is $128, markdown is $89 and now discounted to $49 or $54. Which is about 60-70% discount total. They got my old favorite discontinued pant, City Sleek Slim fit. I really enjoy my first visit at this location."

"Lululemon outlets' covid policy is a joke. I went to Desert Hills first then found out you can't go in without a reservation, which takes 7-14 days. Then I came back to the Bay Area and went to the Gilroy one, the store is almost empty and only have 2 customers in there but they won't let us in. Ask us to book online and come back a couple of more days. You know what... we are not coming back. We will never buy anything from Lululemon again."
