"Generally decent work but their prices for many services are about 20% higher than you can get elsewhere, especially PRP treatments. Even their lasers… I’ve paid less for an MD doctor in San Francisco perform the exact same laser procedure for me for $200 less than I would pay a nurse to do at Medusa. Also I’m suspicious that they don’t turn their laser strength up appropriately… including for laser hair removal… will investigate this. Again otherwise the service is quite good and the job done is decent so I can’t knock them on that."

"From start to finish, my experience at this clinic has been amazing!! Nurse Louisa is a superstar, she’s kind and incredibly knowledgeable, putting me at ease throughout my Visit. I received the Morpheus 8 treatment, and she was patient with me, answered all my questions, and gave great attention to detail. The facilities are top-notch, everything is modern, and they use state-of-the-art technology. I can’t recommend Medusa enough. I’ve also had Botox performed here with results that exceeded my expectations."

I unexpectedly went to a family funeral a week after the procedure and absolutely everyone commented how young I look and many said "You haven't changed a bit" from several people I hadn't seen in over 30 years.
