"Alex is not only a real property attorney- he’s also a real estate broker with personal AND professional experience. Furthermore- Alex’s diverse skills have earned him the most diverse and thorough general practitioner Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. Whether Crim, family, real property, civil lit., Contracts- you name it- this office will handle it and then rip it out of the park. I HIGHLY recommend Alex Javaheri, without equivocation, to anyone needing an Attorney at Law."

"Stay away!! On 5/8/2013, I hired Mr. Alex Javaheri to represent me in a child custody hearing. I signed an agreement stating that I would pay him a flat fee of $1700.00. My boyfriend then issued two checks to him, totaling $1700.00. Mr. Javaheri did not show up to my first court date and instead sent someone else, who I do not know. He did appear at the second hearing in person. On November 11, 2013 Mr. Javaheri called to tell me he wanted an additional payment of $2000.00 to continue working on my case. I told him that I could not afford it and that would have to be the end of our professional relationship. I requested that he send all of my files, as he took all of my originals and refused to give me copies on multiple occasions. On January 7, 2013 Mr. Javaheri filed the attached motion to withdraw with the family court and clearly stated on the motion forms that I refused to pay him "agreed fees" which is not the case, as I have copies of the cashed checks. As of today, January 8, 2014 despite my many attempts and requests to Mr. Javaheri to send me my files, he has continued to refuse to do so. He also continues to demand that I pay him $1000.00 in addition to the money he has already received, despite not having worked on my case at all and me signing the substitution of attorney forms."
