I was in a car accident in Feb 2021 and I thought i would be getting the same treatment as I received during my first encounter with them in 2011, I was way off. The staff & the way it was ran 2 years prior has changed for the worse. I got shuffled around due to the constant staff overturn from what I assume is a toxic workplace. Chris Ackerman & Lou Beary/Jade we’re amazing, my issue started when I was assigned to Daniel Hoer & his assistant Carmen. I didn’t even know who Daniel was until I reported them to the Bar since I was so upset with the abuse from Carmen. She’s verbally abusive & thinks she knows everything so it’s difficult to have her understand what you’re saying. She made me feel like I was the one who caused the accident when I was the victim. And I was asked about my accident multiple times so reliving that traumatic incident repeatedly was not fun. At the end of it all after 2 years and 1 month I still have my physical therapy lien to handle on my own because they couldn’t settle this in 2022 and took forever to settle my medical bills. It was so bad I didn’t even care how much I got I just wanted my sanity back and not hear Carmen’s voice or see her name pop up on my phone. Save yourself the mental stress and go somewhere else that’s professional."
