"I purchased a vehicle here, everything was great, but after car was purchased, I contacted this business to check on my warranty, I wanted to see if something was covered, I've only had the vehicle for 5 months. I called at 9am, left a voicemail for John Cooper that's who they transferred me to. From there I sent an email. I didn't hear anything back by the afternoon, so I called again and left my information with the receptionist. 4pm comes still nothing, I called again and finally got a hold of him only for him to be so rude. I only had 1 question, and he helped as much as he wanted to. Be careful where you do business and who you do it with, people suck."
