"I recently visited this jeweler to resize my pearl graduation ring. While I was there I had amazing conversations and wonderful customer service from the gentleman working there, Tom and Brendan. I just happen to be wearing my vintage 1920s art deco ring which got Tom’s attention. And expressed to him my sadness that the detail (small swirl) had a broken off of the ring that was over 100 years old. They took a deeper look and told me that they could fix it! I was in shock! A little scared at first because I believed it would cost a fortune to melt down a piece of gold and make such a unique detail and put it on this ring. Like what if they missed up my ring!? BUT Completely reasonable price, a steel even! The cost to resize my pearl ring actually cost more than fixing my vintage ring. Less than a week later my ring was ready. They did an amazing job and I can’t even tell which details in the ring were broken in the first place. Such attention to detail. This ring means the world to me and they understood it and took the time to carefully fix it. I didn’t even know it was possible to do work like this. They are miracle workers!!"
