"Elaine absolutely knocked it out of the park. Her eye for detail and mastery of her tools are off the charts She went through a methodical, meticulous process crafting my long, straight, thick hair into a great-looking style. I didn't see it all come together until the end of the haircut, but once I saw it, everything she did to that point suddenly made sense. It was a pleasure watching her work. It was supposed to be a stopgap haircut but I'd consider making the drive from Lake County for all my future haircuts."
"I have been coming here for over a year getting the same haircut from Drew. Medium fade with an inch off the top. Today Drew rushed through my cut and finished in 5 minutes. He shaved my sides straight up with almost no FADE!! He then took a 1/4 off the top and everything was uneven when I got home. When I told him it wasn't what I asked for he charged me full price and said sorry. I am shocked that he could not be bothered to cut it the same way he has for the past 12 months. I should have realized that he wasn't the right stylist as even though I always ask to cut it the same as last time yet he still needed an explanation. Don't wasted your time or money they never remember you and always rush through the haircut to get you out in less them 10 minutes. The manager would NOT refund my money only issue a credit. WHY would I come back to some place that doesn't listen or remember me."
