"I got my maní and pedí and it feels weird they are always staring and as I was leaving I gave a generous tip to my manicurist bc I liked it however my toes she did not clean well and was rushing because they were closing , the owner I’m assuming then asked me you’re not going to give to the other lady, I have gone to very luxurious nail salons and I have never experienced such a question I DID NOT KNOW IT WAS MANDATORY TO LEAVE TIP!!!!!! VERY ARROGANT TO ASK MAYBE THE MANICURIST SHOULD BE PAID MORE SO THE OWNER IS NOT EXPECTING US TO COVER A BONUS TO THEIR HOURLY OH AND I REGRET LEAVING TIP TO MANICURIST BECAUSE MY CUTICLES ARE PEELING NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE THEY ARE BLEEDING BECAUSE SHE PEELED SO MUCH THEY DO NOT CLEAN NAILS WELL IM VERY PICKY ABOUT THIS"

"Possibly the worst manicure I've ever had. They used dirty instruments and reused nail files. The tech grabbed her used tray from the lady next to me (who was waiting for her nails to dry) and immediately started on me. Never washed her hands or anything. My cuticles are still sore and it's been 2 days because she basically cut the skin off my fingers. Corners were cut throughout the service - cuticle cream was squirted into the water to soak my fingers (usually it is put directly on the nail), didn't really push cuticles back, etc. Hopefully I don't end up with an infection."

From the moment I stepped foot into this nail salon, I was greeted with an icy reception. Sadly, the incompetence of the nail technicians matched the salon's overall atmosphere. I had requested a simple manicure, but what I received was a haphazard attempt at nail care. The technician seemed completely disinterested in providing quality service. My nails were unevenly shaped, cuticles were carelessly pushed back, and the nail polish application was nothing short of a nightmare. I expected precision and attention to detail, but all I got was a mess. Moreover, the communication between the staff and customers was abysmal. When I politely expressed my dissatisfaction with the outcome, the technician responded with a dismissive attitude and brushed off my concerns as if they were irrelevant. The lack of professionalism and respect for customers' opinions was appalling and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the prices charged at this nail salon were exorbitant, considering the horrendous quality of service provided. I expected to pay a premium for top-notch care, but instead, I received an expensive reminder of how not to treat customers. I strongly advise anyone seeking quality nail care to steer clear of this establishment unless they are fond of wasting their time, money, and sanity. Remember, there are plenty of other nail salons in town that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide exceptional service. Spare yourself the agony and seek out a salon that values professionalism, kindness, and the skillful execution of their craft."

"This is my place. They do a great job!! Services include: nails, pedicure, hair styling/cuts, eye lash extensions, and waxing. They’ll do the dip manicure, gel, regular, acrylic - you name it. I’m so glad I found this place, it’s clean, they are always accommodating, very friendly and priced well. They have several chairs for nails and also for pedicures so they can work on several people at once. I get the dip on my nails and it’s $40 for that and a manicure. The dip is pretty and clean and lasts three weeks! They have tons of colors to choose from."
