Life Time

"The main elevator at this location has been broken for over 3 months and instead of fixing the elevator, they moved the front desk. As someone with a handicap, this is a huge inconvenience that is making me re-consider my membership at this location after being a LifeTime member for over 10 years. I also don’t think that this is ADA compliant considering most of the handicap parking spaces are near the main elevator. They have zero awareness for how this might be affecting their less able bodied members and they don’t seem to care even when it’s brought to their attention."

"The absolute rudest people in any gym I have ever been to. They think highly of their little tiny gym, our LifeTime in Cary NC has a rock climbing wall, indoor and outdoor pools with water slides, this tiny strip mall gym is so small it pales in comparison. We have been members of LifeTime fitness since 2017 and have never experienced the rude, self righteous attitude that this LifeTime location has. Ended up going to a gym we are not members at and received stellar service and got in for FREE. LifeTime is so different than these jokes of people claiming to be "from corporate" We spend a ton of money with the LifeTime Gym membership, two separate personal training contracts, plus money spent daily on food/protein drinks. I just got off the phone with the actual LT corporate and she (Melissa, corporate concierge) and she confirmed that the email I referenced did indeed exist and I will be getting with the owner, Bahram as she said he loves to hear from members.
