"A place where a customer service is horrible! Literally worst than walmart!. I lined up to order a food. There were group of people who's taking time on ordering while I am patiently waiting. Manager was taking the order of the group ahead of me. But when they finished. The manager didn't even warned me nor said something and just left the counter. Along with her crew they just ignored me like I am not in the line and soon as I left they start taking customer behind me. I guess the manager was white and the person behind me was white as well and I am an asian. I'll post the video from my body come soon."
"Great restaurant! I loved the animatronics and the cheese bread is great! The manager was also very nice :3 I loved it, I wish they don’t have to change to 2.0 but it’s still awesome!"
"Previously I've only been to the Chino, Diamond Bar, Riverside and Rancho Cucamonga locations, so this one was a first. I'm happy to see that this is one of the few remaining locations with the 2-stage present (at the time of this review). An employee went above and beyond answering my questions. Thank you for the experience!"
"My daughter celebrated her birthday there, today, with her closest friends. She had a fun time and so did her friends. There cleaning employees constantly walking around, making sure it kept safe for everyone. Big update: They do on-site birthday reservations for the time you show up. On the phone, you are told that isn't feasible."
"This chuck E. cheese is always a good spot to bring the kids. It's very clean the games are always working, at least when we visit. The one thing about chuckee is that it's expensive! For one personal pizza with pepperoni, it was $15! And it was so tiny! I will say their pizza taste pretty good but not enough to be almost $20 for a tiny pizza. They have a salad bar all you can eat & Dippin dots. The staff & management have always been great very attentive and quick to help. I've had birthday parties & they were very accommodating!"
