"Been here on several occasions and the staff are very helpful and kind. They’re almost always super busy, yet they always do a great job of handling multiple customers. The employees make it a point to keep a good vibe at this place, which makes it nice for customers too. They are often singing or laughing. Interesting to see that the staff are kind to each other as well, and they stand up for one another! On one occasion there was only 1 lady at the counter and a customer compassionately asked “ they just let you fend for yourself out here” and she stood up for her colleagues and continued working efficiently. This is unlike other shipping places where staff are trying to blame/pile work on the other. Shoutout to the team at this UPS for modeling great team work and being a pleasant place to go to!"

"I went in to get my daughters passport/visa photos and Alex helped me promptly. Within a minute, we were taking the pictures and she printed them out right after. Didn’t take us more than 5 minutes! Thanks Alex! This is also my favorite UPS Store - all my shippings and Amazon returns go through them because they are fast, smart and efficient."

"I sell products online, and I've been to the UPS company 4-5 times. Each time, the elderly and unfriendly woman there caused problems for me. Despite my careful packaging, she refused to accept the box, just standing there and looking around without any intention to work. I took my packages to another UPS location, and they thanked me and accepted them without issues. Either this woman needs to be fired or she should undergo proper training because her behavior is rude and indifferent. I definitely do not want to work with someone like her. I hope someone from UPS in authority reads my message. Please check another reviews a lot of people saw same thing. I am writing a report to UPS Headquarter now. Because the owner did not take care of the rude woman. Thank you."
