There are different levels in each class but modifications offered, so beginners feel like they can "do" everything....music is always the best and the studio itself is so clean and professional. Each teacher has a unique style that brings variety to every class you take. I wish I could highlight one favorite teacher but I can’t because they are all so different! Having different teaching styles for the same type of class keeps your body constantly guessing. I have practiced Hot Room workouts for over 10 years and still absolutely love it.
