"Great place for children and families. Long hours on the weekends allow you to stop by anytime that works best for you. Their food shack is decent, not many choices but their chicken strips and nachos are very tasty for a trampoline park. There is also arcade games, massage chairs, and a Photo Booth. Check out their Dip N Dots vending machine, for some cool down time. There are only 7 attractions at this location, so it is on the smaller side compared to other Sky Zone facilities. This place was bought out and used to be called Rockin’ Jump. They do offer rock climbing as the main attraction of this location. Your child needs to weight 30 pounds or more to participate in rock climbing and there is no additional charge. They do require that you have jumping socks from Sky Zone to participate on the trampolines. If you do not have socks, they cost $6 each. You can also book a birthday party here, and will have a party host. There are courtesy lockers to store your belongings and TVs in the table areas where you eat. Their restrooms need the most TLC. They are dark, dingy, and scary really. The staff is generally kind, most of them are young teenagers who look bored and are just trying to get through their shifts. Overall, a good option of family fun if you are needing something quick to do for your children."

"There is nothing positive to say. Dirty, unsanitary (mildew), rude staff, and not safe. Unfortunately, Elk Grove doesn't have many options to offer for our kids and we are hand tight when it comes to fun."

"My friend and I took our girls here for a play date (2 & 4 years old). They had so much fun! We went during their Rockin Tots time. It was nice that they were able to play and not have to worry about watching out for the big kids. The only critique would be to have an added measure of security. For example, it would be nice if there was an employee at the door making sure that kids are leaving with the correct adults that they checked in with. Overall, we had a great time and would return."

"Great place for kids to run their energy and have fun, they have a dodge ball section. A basketball section also a rock climbing center. They have a small section of arcade. They have two rooms for birthday parties. Overall it’s a fun place. Hope my review helps."

"Could be a little more family friendly. Limited food court options and availability. Limited supervision. Other than the issues above, a wonderful place to enjoy with kids (I'd recommend ages 5 and up. I was genuinely concerned for my two year old's life on more than a handful of occasions, but both my 6 year old and 2 year old were completely exhausted after an hour and a half of free play. I had booked 2 hours thinking it's more bang for my buck... But id recommend starting with one hour and seeing how your kids fare from there."
