Round Table Pizza

"First off, I liked the food, which is a good way to get a 5 star review. However, it's not this what made me write a review, or give 5 stars. It's the fact that there was an incident, and the way they resolved the incident is the difference between a 5 star and a 1 star location: first off they seemed to have some issues with the oven when I arrived. They also seemed understaffed (I guess they were trying to fix the oven). They took our oder, and we waited a while - perhaps 30 minutes. My kid went and asked when would the pizza be ready and they told him that it would be another 15 minutes. When the order came, they apologized and they upgraded everything to make up for the extended wait time. We had so much food at the end we basically had enough for dinner as well. Honestly, I've had far far far worse experiences with delays than this. In fact, this would be the best I've ever had, and I hope other restaurant/franchise operators could read this and use it as an example of what to do when trouble arises."

"The staff and food is good. The issue I have is that from talking to staff, they are not participating in the reward program anymore. The pizza is very expensive and the rewards helped make it more affordable. I also noticed there was a 4.00 service charge that was added to my online order that wasn't there before. These changes by management are making it so I won't be back to this location. There are other more affordable pizza establishments."

"I just stopped by real quick for a quick drink and a snack. Nice place, clean and organized. Staff was helpful, polite and outgoing. Really made for a positive vibe while I did a little paperwork. Bathroom was clean well maintained. Parking lot is a little tight but that isn't their fault. The pizza was excellent as were the garlic twists the cashier recommended. Enjoy!"

"There’s no one here and they are taking for eveeeeeeerrrrrrr for one pizza just a pepperoni smh and there’s 4 workers here that I see that’s crazy been here waiting for too long while writing this review they finally showed up and the breadsticks are like the other reviewer said small / thin and pizza was not that good wasn’t hot kinda seem like they left it out and brought it out minutes later"

"Delivery service took longer than expected. The site stated 45 mins. It was more like 60-70 mins. However the food arrived hot. We love the wings and felt like they had a good amount of sauce on them. The buffalo sauce was a little spicy, too, which we love. The twists were okay. Felt like they could have been cooked a little longer."
