"Never again. Neglectful to the younger children. Never again! Staff and parents have poor communication. My child sat in a diaper so long blisters formed, popped, and I was not told about this. I had to call and ask the owner once we got home and I saw the open blisters. The owner was unaware and unapologetic. The staff was aware however neglected to tell me the parent or the owner. My child cried for two days in pain and I had to call off work to make sure the wound was cared for properly. Couldn’t wear a diaper for days. Disgusting. If you’re not able or willing to change a child’s diaper stipulate the child must be potty trained. My child was 9 months at the time. Walking but still a baby. Shameful."
"My daughter, 2 years old, has been in Mrs. Maggie’s care for over a year and loves going everyday. They offer very consistent care, organic meals, and a well-kept/clean space. Over 30 years of experience and it shows! My daughter was potty trained within a few weeks and does very well under the structured care the staff provide."
