"Best experience ever! We loved it! I brought my son here who has autism. Plenty of sensory play!! The place is very clean compared to other indoor playgrounds we’ve visited. The restrooms were nearly spotless, and they even have slippers that you can wear into the restrooms (something I’ve never seen before at other places we’ve visited.) The price is definitely worth it. They have a locked door near the entrance so that your child can’t just run out. They even check everyone’s wristbands before they exit to ensure that the kid is yours! I couldn’t ask for more! Awesome place! We will definitely be back! :)"
"1st I would like to say My kids love this place so we have to go again and again, and the place is clean some staff are nice friendly. I’m sharing Today experience: for my feet swelling I didn’t wear my socks but was forced to wear it, so I had to buy from them ( I respect the policy) then I saw a woman walking around wearing sandals. I immediately called 2 staff members and told the matter. The male staff just talk to the lady and left and the lady keep walking with shoes more than 30 minutes. You guys are shouting so much about your policies ;now what kind of Discrimination it is? To the management: if you don’t believe me check the cctv 09/02/23 time around 6:30-7:00 close to the rock climbing area."
"This place is very beautifully made. It’s quite affordable not too expensive. Very very clean place. I saw everyone vacuuming the whole time. That’s the best place. You have to keep the environment clean for the kids. And they deserve five-star for the cleanliness. Get a pair of socks for yourself and kids because shoes are not aloud inside.. if you don’t have you will have to purchase it’s from them. The staffs are so friendly, so good I love this place I traveled from Houston to California and this was the best place for kids for indoor games. It’s not too crowded and even if it gets crowded. You have a lot of space inside there is a little corner where parents can sit and have some snacks to."
