"Called in From San Diego, CA to have Flowers sent to my family for a newborn child. I sent the flowers to soon but after much phone tag with my family in Lebanon Henderson's went all out to get the delivery to the house after their arrival home from the Hospital. Thanks Marcy and the delivery driver as well. We will be calling in for orders for years to come, you are the best, Ron USN Retried"

"I have purchased flowers from the shop before. Is their chocolate dipped strawberries are wonderful. I asked the nice lady. I just met a pretty girl and I would like to surprise Sir the florist made a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I would highly recommend this business."

"I ordered a Corsage for my date, for my school prom. My instructions were "A central blue rose, smaller white and pink, possibily yellow, roses orbiting the central rose." Not a single rose was a royal blue, the Corsage is entirely composed of white roses. However, they got the colour of the ribbon correct. I inquired as to why there is not a singular blue flower on the Corsage. I was told "Honey, we can't get dem blue roses because they don't exist in naturally." I rebutted "I know that, could you not have used a commonly used method to dye roses, such as; water-based rose colouring? Where one places the stem of the rose into dyed water where the rose will shift its colour." She replied "If we spray painted the rose, then it would get on her dress. If dem roses were in a bouquet? Then it wouldn't be an problem." I ended with "Her dress is blue." So God forbid blue food colouring or a blue spray paint gets on a royal blue dress. Perhaps, when I showed the first woman the notes I had, I should have reviewed or compared my notes to theirs. I felt as if, the instructions that they wrote on a pad of paper was too simplistic, from my memory and in my opinion. With the prom being today, 4/14/2022, and their store closing in 2 hours and 30 mins from the time I left: in my mind, there could have been nothing done in the short amount of time about my order. In my opinion, I got half of what I asked for, but not worth the price I paid. However, a semi-consolation prize was that I asked "Do you sell single white roses?" The answer was in the affirmative and she stepped away for a moment, only to return with a white rose, spray painted blue. But, they did not charge me for that rose, I do appreciate that. I walked away with this last thought: "Did I not just ask to buy a single white rose? Unless, I had some how and asked for a spray painted blue white rose. But it's free so I cannot complain.""

"I would give this florist a ten star if available. I called this morning and needed something affordable, but beautiful to lift a love one's spirit who was going through a tough time. The bouquet was perfect, unique, and very special. I really appreciated the lady who took my order. She listened, was attentive to my needs and worked hard to give me the perfect arrangement while staying under my budget. I also appreciated that they did not tell me like another florist that they will NOT deliver unless I spent $50 and then they also tacked on a $13.00 delivery fee! Henderson's $8 delivery fee was much more fair."
