"The florist that worked with me on the phone yesterday went above and beyond. I wanted to send flowers to my mom in the hospital and Tracy (I thought her name was Casey but seeing the other reviews, maybe I'm wrong lol) was there to make it easy. She sent me photos of different options since I'm not local to the area and couldn't come see them in person. I ended up having to call several times after checking on various things and she was pleasant each and every time. She took the time to make sure that everything was perfect when I couldn't even get other stores to answer the phone. Thank you so, so much for such a fast delivery and such good customer service!"
