"I ordered an arrangement on Jan. 29th to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. The day before, I emailed and asked if the arrangement could be delivered between 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. as my boyfriend works 2nd shift and leaves for work around that time. They emailed back and said they had a lot of deliveries for the holiday but would do their best to meet that delivery window. The arrangement was delivered at 4:30 p.m. and by that time no one was home to accept the delivery. So, it was left at my boyfriend’s apartment door. He lives in an apartment complex and has had packages stolen before. Thankfully, when he got home at midnight the flowers were still there. The flowers were beautiful, but when he sent me a picture of the arrangement I noticed the vase was clear when it should have been purple. I chose the specific arrangement because of the purple vase and was so disappointed when I saw the clear vase. I have been in contact with Tom’s Florist about my issues with delivery and the vase. They offered to make another arrangement to make up for the wrong color vase, but I declined the offer. This was my first time ordering flowers for someone in another city, and after this experience I probably would not do it again."

"So, don't judge me but I was THAT guy this year for Valentine's day. I walked in gave them a price range and they bailed me out big time! Flowers were kinda high but what isn't nowadays? They did a wonderful job, and I love supporting small business. Thanks guys!"

"Awesome Place very helpful. My wife is finishing her chemo therapy today for breast cancer , I had a last minute idea to get her a bouquet of flowers . They were able to help me out And I was very impressed with the flowers and vase . Jennifer is who helped me and saved the day"

"AVOID THIS PLACE -YOU CAN DO BETTER AT THE GROCERY STORE YOURSELF I ordered an XL arrangement that clearly shows an abundance of roses (i see 8 so 12 is a reasonable total assumption) and we received a medium-ish arrangement that is in no way similar. Only a few roses and wilted blooms. (See photos) When I tried to work out the issue with customer service, rather than trying to deliver what I wanted/paid for, a rude woman sent someone to pick up the flowers!"

"I purchased the following sympathy flowers. I paid for the large bouquet. The arrangement that I received was similar, but was full of greenery and not as many flowers by far. I expressed this concern. The florist told me she could not just give me more flowers. And suggested that I fluff them. I explained that I expected more flowers which is why a paid for the large arrangement. I also explained that I would be willing to pay for more flowers. However, I ultimately left the florist. Unsatisfied, that the arrangement I received and paid for was not up to standard. I understand the concept of similar, but that does not mean decrease number of flowers and adding more greenery."
