"Wanted to check out some tile samples for a current kitchen & laundry room renovation. Unfortunately, because of Covid, they are not allowing indoor browsing. They do have a bunch of catalogs by the front door that you can page through, but that's not the experience I was looking for. Bummer, I like to support local businesses, but I also want to be able to see and touch."

"They are okay until you ask them to exchange or return some items. I needed to exchange schluter drain for a smaller size. They processed it but when I asked to them to adjust the price and get my money back they rejected me completely."

"Went to Cal Tile and trusted the salesperson to calculate the amount of tiles required to do a simple 8'x8' square with an inlay. The pattern was on the display floor so didn't think he misunderstood what was required including mortar and grout . The tiler arrived and started laying the tiles only to find we were missing both main pattern and the inlay. Rang Cal Tile only to be told it was the tiler's fault for not counting the tiles before he started. Ordered the tiles only to find they had to come from the warehouse and was charged freight which sucked .Also now having to pay the tiler to come back to fix it. Not even a sorry we stuff up from anyone. Will never go back"

"Cal Tile was fabulous. They were on-time, professional, efficient, and friendly. Most importantly they were artistic. They took the time to find the right placement of each tile for a great effect.
