"They charge .25 cents to use the bathroom. I thought charging for bathrooms were illegal and outdated. Everyone has body functions we can't help. I only had a debit card so a kind stranger have me a quarter. I came in to use the restroom and food shop, instead I left. Not giving this place my money."
"I would give a 5 star Since the Cranitas are good. The Deli girl was super nice and helpful but the older guy in charge of making the Carnitas was rude. Since I didn't place an order in advance this makes them by short during the day. I ended up buying 10lbs of carnitas since it was last minute. The only thing I said back was well at least you got sales for the day."
"First of all they don’t follow any precautions for COVID-19. The food deli is gross it doesn’t look clean and no one cleans or disinfects in order to kill germs - went there to buy fresh carne asada because they supposed to cook it for you when you ask - They refuse to do it!!! It was a Saturday. they have the worst costumer service and lazy cooks - no one is there to help - everyone I ask refuse to help. I complained because one worker ask me to do it!! He told me that they don’t help customers and they don’t improve because they don’t receive help or training from the store to do it!!"
"I do not like how the staff hassle you for your bags. They would rather throw you out than let you walk in their store with your bags. If you dont leave your bags up front they will come and look for you. It's stupid. I lived close so I'd walk and always tie my bags before entering. Everyone seemed so stuck up I stopped going years ago"
