"El Super is a good place to find great produce and meat. The only bad part is that in the Meats Department they can take up to 30 min to 45 min to help you. They can really take long so make sure to plan to wait that long for meat ordering."

"They need to hire bilingual people. We live in Escondido in the United States. I ask them a question and they refuse to speak English even tho they live in America. They understand everything I say in English and respond in Spanish. Just because you work at El super doesn’t defeat the fact you work in an American country. Please hire employees who will speak to English customers in English and customers who speak Spanish in Spanish. There’s north gate and vallarta in Escondido. Don’t act like you’re the only Hispanic store in Escondido. I will go to them before I go to El super. It all comes down to customer service and staff availability."
"This place has basically an Exorbitant amount of everything you need for a delicious meal. There’s so many products to choose from. They also have fresh food to go, cakes for birthdays and special occasions, they also have plenty of parking and there’s a Starbucks access the parking lot. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and maybe my worst enemy. Happy shopping!"
