"Just got stereotyped at Self-checkout for being black. There were 3 white and one asian man at self-checkout and the lady watching over was talking and laughing with her co-worker. The moment I showed up they stopped chatting and the lady walked right behind me and started looking at what I was ringing up. I make 160k a year and was charging my tesla just outside. I worked way too hard to be treated like this from a 10$ an hour Vons clerk…I went up to ask her for a bag and she had a nasty attitude and look on her face. There is no place for stores like this in the world….1:00PM on 2/13/24"

"Overall a good Vons, average for being stocked. Sale stuff is hit or miss. Not too busy on the weekends. However, cleanliness and service levels have dropped in the last 6-12 months. No one is bringing carts back to the front, they are all over the parking lot, the outdoor displays are not kept up and inside aisles/floors are more dirty than normal."
"Neighborhood vons which is super close and bakery is super good. My bad I did not ask the cake decoraters name but they have given me amazing cakes for various occasions. I have asked them to make few out of catalog and they have always given me beautiful looking cakes . Only flaw is they don't follow colors sometimes and add too much colors .. nevertheless they have always delivered pretty neat cakes perfect for occasions . So happy with cake decorators here ."
"Nice community supermarket with everything you need available. Prices are overmarked and you get discounts if you sign up for vons membership. I don't get this because you could just go up to the cashier and ask for a new vons card everytime.. Anyways, I would watch out for fungus on tomatoes and apples. Other veggies and fruits seem ok. Greens are pretty fresh and comparable to whole foods."
