"Everytime I come here it feels like the employees do not want you in their establishment if you are black they are rude and not helpful I waited to order food from the food counter and the employee helped people coming back after me and when I mentioned it the other employee he informed me he is by himself but the same employee helped when it was another customer ordering if our money is not appreciated here that should be known this is a local market i support but it does not feel like the support is being reciprocated"

"This store is the worst store I've been to its gotten worst. And everyone working acts like they are ignoring you.. ONLY 6 RGISTERS AND there always closed they make you use self check out that work half the time. Now they make you go in one end of the store and exit out the other end is so inconvenient. I rather go to stater bros or food 4less by far."

"On 9/21/2023, I purchased a birthday cake from the Cardenas bakery at 2:30PM, the birthday cake was for my Father who just retired and turned 64 years old. At approximately 5PM, when my family gathered around to wish my Father happy birthday, we cut the cake and to our surprise, the cake was spoiled. It ruined everything, however, the story doesn't end there. I took the cake back to the Cardenas bakery and was met with horrible customer service by the Supervisor Wendy, she was rude, showed absolutely no empathy and snapped at me while I was talking to her. Wendy, please be advised that I know how to respect my elders and that does not give you the right to be rude to me and disrespectful. I will forever remember this tragic event and never recommend Cardenas to any of my family or friends."

"Bought what was suppose to be a carnitas burrito, however there was very little carnitas. I was halfway through the burrito before I got to the carnitas mostly beans and rice. I spoke to the cashier and told her I didn't order a beans and rice burrito where is the carnitas she laughed and turned away. I asked to speak with a manager and when the manager spoke with the cashier the cashier admitted she only put carnitas in the middle of the burrito. The manager said to me she told her to put meat throughout the burrito and that was the end of discussion. How rude not even an apology, would you like us to remake the burrito over or would you like your money back. Called corporate and filed a complaint and someone was suppose to call me back but they never did. Been shopping at the Perris location since they opened but I see they don't value my business or concerns when there is an issue. Hello Management I don't need to shop there, there are other grocery stores in the area that will value my business and take my concern seriously."

"They have a lot of good prices on vegetables, fruits and other kinds of foods. There’s good price’s of beverages and breads to. Theres pan dulce and bolillo for our mexican tortas and the pan dulce for a diner with milk. A bunch of good mexican candy to, really good place.."
