"The prices and selection are good, but sadly will not be shopping at this particular location again. I have no issue with the fact that this is Southern CA and that not everyone is going to speak English, but when we tried to speak with someone at the meat counter they simply shook their head at us and walked away (didn’t even try to grab another employee that did speak English). My wife and I know very little Spanish, but that should not stop us from being able to shop at your store."
"I just don't understand why this meat is just horrible. I bought it 2 days ago and didnt look inside until I was going to grill it. I bought 2 pounds of flap meat(ranchera) and I get 1 pound of pure fat and it's not looking too good. Do better meat market."
"Every employee I have encountered has been very helpful. Helped me find items, explained how to use the app., and have been overall kind. There’s one exception, the store manager is never helpful and can be sometimes rude. I recently asked him if more fried chicken would be placed in the case for sale and he told me to go ask someone in the service deli, and pointed toward the department. He is the antithesis of all the other employees. If you need assistance, all of the employees are helpful. Just avoid the store manager."
"It was a really busy day when I went. There was a lot of movement, a lot of costumer and to much missing product on the shelf’s. Employees were kind and helpful, saw everything clean and I hope disinfected to because we are still in pandemic. Didn’t saw no pandemic warning’s thou."
