"Store itself was fine but the manager Veronica was quite rude. She seemed to be a bit angry before I approached and was unprofessional while talking to her."
"I go to Ralphs every single night of my wife after work work took a little bit too long tonight. I got there with three minutes to spare. I knew exactly what I wanted. I told him that I knew exactly what I wanted. And it was in the very front of the store. It was one item just (baby diapers.) it would have taken me about 10 seconds to get it. Man at the front of the store, lied and “Oh NO sir sorry our machine shut off exactly at 1 o’clock (which is not true he’s implying that every single person has all the sales reports printed at that time when I can see people at the registers. Not to mention I come there every night and it’s after 1 o’clock when I leave all the time which doesn’t matter in this case cause I would’ve been back out the door before 1 AM)Moreover, again, it’s not even 1 AM yet is it’s one02 now and I finished writing this already! Case in point! People are just evil, and they don’t care about anything but themselves when I am confined it under the rules that they give, and they still don’t adhere to them (man, who looks like where’s Waldo in the front of the store, and the other guy that has long curly hair that’s purple and black glasses was the rudest the both of them the other guy was at least a little polite, but he lied)"
"The woman working the self check out today was a bit unfriendly and when I asked for help looking for something I couldn't find, she send some long haired guy (Eddie), whom I must have interrupted on his mission to save the world because he looked like he didn't have time for me. If this guy is a manager, he needs some serious retraining. I thought your managers wore white shirts, ties and wore smiles as part of their uniforms? Next time, I will go to Whole Foods Market, they hire better quality people!"
