"I’m hoping this is the correct location. I was traveling out west for two weeks & bought a 1970s hanging lamp that i fell in love with. It’s super fragile & needed adequate wrapping. I just got back to NJ & the girl that helped me did such a great job wrapping this up!! There was no way for it to be damaged and it’s wrapped so well I’m leaving it like that until i move into my new place. No way i would have done as well in protecting this. Well worth the $ to ship. I wish i could remember her name, she had long, black straight hair & was probably my age (early 20s). Thank you!"

"I had an outstanding customer service experience with Marlene at the UPS Store on Washington Blvd. I had a package delivered to a complex that didn’t accept deliveries, causing the package to be temporarily lost/held. She went above and beyond to contact the local drivers on the route and the warehouse holding the package to get it to me. It took us a few calls and she made sure everything was sorted!! I am thankful and would recommend her if there’s ever help needed."
