"There's a broken water pipe or something underneath the edge of the playground. Water has collected and pooled up at, presumably, where there is a broken pipe. In my video, if you listen closely, you can hear running water. The 10in deep hole I dug out about 20ft from the primary affected area had water underneath the tire mulch stuff."
"This is a very clean well-kept well-mannered Park meet my husband and my son go there all the time to race RC cars or jump are RC cars with our little ramps it's a very friendly family park with lots of room and things to do thank you city of Yucaipa for keeping it so well kept much appreciated by your locals"
