"Kids have a blast there, but customers service sucks. Won't be back to this location, my daughters party was horrible. Couldn't afford the party packages, so we decided to just have family and friends show up. They closed the kitchen when the party rooms started ordering food. Didn't open back up till after the rooms closed down, which was 2 hours later. I wasn't told this information so only half my group was fed. Awful experience"
"We went to it today! My son had lot of fun! But some not working seem like broke like gun ball shooting won’t shoot at all and some old place floor little tear. I wish all would be working good."
"Great idea, the staff was very friendly and patient. Surprisingly the Pizza was actually good. The facility itself needs a good deep cleaning and maintenance. The bathrooms are in need of attention, yuck. The ball pit has lots of trash and pieces of debris in it. Due to the fact that my little ones loved it, may return again. But definitely looking for an alternative option for an indoor playground."
"Kids love it! Especially Fridays from 3-6 they have Nerf Gun wars…and if you have boys you know that’s always fun lol. Staff is very friendly, place is clean and food prices are decent. Definitely recommend this place."
"Took my 3 children and my husband and myself. Cost around $55-$60 for all 5 of us. Raelynn was so sweet, helpful and nice. We did not eat here but we did get an icee for the kids. They have two big tv screens that display the menu. They also have multiple big screens around playing different children’s movies and shows. Stayed 3 hours. The place was pretty clean. Some of the attractions didn’t work but they had 10 brand new coin machines (games and ride on mechanical machines) which we didn’t try. Kids had a blast overall. My oldest got hurt on one of the stairs, it was caved in and her foot hit a metal piece so she did get a bruise on the bottom of her foot besides that it was fun. When the place started getting full, I did notice a lot of parents do not watch their children and they just sit around. My husband and I fully played and got in the playground with our children."
