"This location has the most helpful and kind employees. We didn't have a kid with us and they still treated us like they wanted us to have a great experience. We went in just looking for an outfit for a bear the first time. We returned 2 weeks later asking them to remove a voice box and restuff a bear. They were accommodating and kind the every time. Sofia was especially delightful and patient with all my questions. We will be back for the bears Christmas outfit and look forward to working with them again."

"We went for the birthday bear for my daughter's second birthday. So we paid $2 for her bear. Overall a fun experience for her. Clean store we do miss the "shower" area for the bears though"
