"I got a hand tattoo on October 1st by DJ, the owners little brother, and by October 5th it was fading and peeling off. I've called them and the person who picked up had a attitude. I made it clear that I needed to come in so that the owner who is far more experienced can see what's going with the peel off tatto that was supposed to ve permanent. She told me rudely to send a picture to the number I called and that he would see if he could back to m. I'm very upset as this was my first tattoo experience and had I'd recorded the entire time I would have had any proof that I'd even been in the chair of a tattoo artist."

"I like my end result of my tattoo but I didn't like how the tattoo person kept asking the owner on how to do something. Even their flow of work was slow. Felt like I was getting my tattoo done by a apprentice. For the time I was in the chair I feel like I should have had a lot more done. If you are not getting the owner to do your tattoo I'll say go somewhere else. If you are going to pay good money for a tattoo it shouldn't feel like a teachable moment."
