"OMG! I don’t even know where to start. I was so blessed by the shop owner, Denise! She went above and beyond, calling between all of her salons to see if she could get someone to squeeze me in. Sheyla was so kind, as to accept the challenge.. I’m a mom of a toddler, neglected my hair for years and always put my hair in mom buns. She brought my hair and my confidence back to life!! "I came here a couple of days ago to get some lavender put in my blonde hair. I showed the stylist the pictures when I booked the appointment and was told it would take about 2 1/2 hours. Six and a half hours after I showed up (with one hour of me waiting for my stylist to cut the hair of another appointment), I walked out with my hair entirely purple and silver with a charge of $230. I missed two appointments and almost cried when I saw that all of my blonde hair had been turned silver and my roots were dark purple. When I messaged them asking about this, they didn't respond until I sent a second message the next day and all their response was was that it took a long time and a lot of product so of course it cost a lot. I replied that they had messed up both the timing and overused product on me which is not my fault and poor customer service. I wanted to resolve this amicably in private but at one patronizing response in two days for my four messages, I feel a review to let others know of my experience here is required. If I had wanted dark purple roots with a lavender and silver length, this would have been perfect. Even not being what I want, the coloring isn't terrible. But to overcharge me for it and exhibit poor customer service is unacceptable in this industry. The first two pictures are what I got and the second two are those that I showed my stylist. I actively scrubbed out as much of the dark purple as I could from my roots prior to these photos."
