"Really nice Museum, lots of interesting information, and I especially loved Dawn, who would just come over and talk to us. If you have some time at your hands, go visit!"

"This is a super fun museum with some great exhibits. Well worth the price of admission. The docents are knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of great stuff to view here, along with some simulations. We easily spent a couple of hours here taking it all in and familiarizing ourselves with the nautical history of Southern California and the technologies and mechanics of sailing. I look forward to returning here in the future."

"I was surprised at how good this little museum is. Good modern exhibits focusing mostly on local history maritime history with interesting artifacts. There is a free scavenger hunt for children to participant in. The docent spent a lot of time w us telling my 11 year old son about the history and making it interesting for him. His favorite part was steering the boat. Don’t forget to visit the fourth floor for an amazing view. This July the gift shop everything is 50% off. There is also a teacher discount that isn’t advertised (free entry)."

"What a hidden gem! We really enjoyed learning more about the history of the area and its contributions to deep sea diving. The fishing simulator and "tattoo parlor" were really fun for kids and kids at heart. We got a Groupon for 4 adults for $16.50 but it's worth it even at full price."
