"Used this company for several projects. No communication, workers would just show up when they were specifically told I needed them to call because of my disabled husband. I was told things could be done in a few days, but that didn't happen. They were contracted to rebuild my deck. They've been out four times and it still isn't right. They pressure washed my house and messed up my siding. My contract said the paint they used. I need to touch up a spot (not their fault). I found out that's not the paint they used and there's no way for them to tell me what they used. Don't use this company."

"TPC was hired as a third party vendor through the rental property company. The house was supposedly cleaned prior to move in but the odor in the house was awful and the kitchen and bathrooms definitely didn't look clean. When they came back to correct the cleaning all they tried to do was the carpets then leave. When summoned back they were still resistant saying the house had been cleaned already. The also said they didn't have the right cleaning supplies with them and used the same rag to clean to toilet and the counters. While I am by no means a germophobe there are some things that are just disgusting and should never happen. Even when I talked to the owner and he said he would come look and see what the issues were he still has yet to step foot on the property. This was not the welcome into our new lives that I was hoping for."
