"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My family used the cleaning authority for about 6 months. After the most recent clean we noticed a smell in our children's room upstairs (ages 5 and 6). After looking around we found a flavored nicotine vape pen left on our kids toy kitchen set! This means not only were they smoking/vaping in my house, but left the device in the reach of my children. When I called to report it, no one seemed to take the gravity of it seriously.i got comments like "Well they're not supposed to be doing that!". I asked about being refunded for this clean and they told me I'll get a call back from the owner, which I never did. This shows a lack of accountability at the management level."

"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I had used them for several years. Progressively the cleans started getting worse and the turnover rate on the teams was high. Then they started no calling/no showing on cleaning days (8 failures in a row). I would call the central call center line multiple times after each failure to show up and was told the Smyrna location would call me back immediately. Of course, they failed to call back as well. Save yourself the grief and hire a better company."

"I replaced another cleaning service with the Cleaning Authority about 1 year ago and have not regretted it one bit. Susan and her Team One.... the last couple of times it’s been Destiny...are just so super pleasant and work hard to clean as thoroughly as possible in the time frame they are in my home. They’ve worked around unexpected construction, holiday decorations and boxes, and disarrayed kids rooms. And if something does get missed cleaning, they take no offense if I bring it to their attention the next time and it certainly is done then. And I also appreciate how sweet they are to my cats and even the ferret!"

"Great, reliable service. I appreciate the occasional follow up inspection by a Quality Coach. The communications with the central office and the staff is first rate, you always are contacted at least 24 hrs in advance as to what time span the team will be at your residence. Finally, the employees do a great job! I have been a satisfied customer for over 3 years. Stephanie, April, Beki, Dawson, Shelly, Pattie, Lucy, Trina, Makenzie, Denise, Lindsay, Melody and Kayla are just a few of the great staff that have done such a great job."
