"The reason for a 3 star review is that the end result of the work performed was very good. Otherwise it would have been 1 star due to the very disappointing interactions we had with the owners. We added a pet urine treatment to the job when the tech came and the additional charge was fine with us. However, we weren’t told that it could take up to 72 hours for the carpet to dry, even with a large industrial type fan running constantly to try to get it to dry out. They later claimed it was to be expected because of the urine treatment. (Customers should be informed of this up front.) The carpets in our Master suite were so saturated that we had to sleep on the couch for 2 nights and avoid going in there for 2 days. This was unexpected and very inconvenient. When I spoke with Tara about the trouble we were having,, there was no acknowledgement of what we were having to deal with as a result of their services, much less an apology. Instead, we were told this was to be considered “normal” and were given many “explanations” (excuses). I’m not sure what the word “Dry” in the company name is supposed to stand for because it was anything but dry. (I was given the option to have the tech come back to extract the excess water, but she said that would hinder the effectiveness of the urine treatment) The owners handling of this matter with no understanding or acknowledgement of a problem caused by them is highly unprofessional. I’m hopeful that the owners may read this and be helped to take people’s feelings into consideration in the future, and realize it takes more than just performing a good job to have a satisfied customer."
