"Perfect place for a run in the beautiful landscape. You can just sit and relax and do some bird watching if it's the season. If it's evening time then enjoy the beautiful sunset. I have not noticed restrooms so I guess it's not there . I have not seen any instructions for dogs so I guess you can take your dogs there but you can cross check that to be sure ."
