"I went to do some printing at 530pm on a Sunday. This lovely lady told me the “manager” was yelling on her ear to do not do more printings. On her own she decide to start my printings, while she was working on them “the manager” started to tell me that they are not allow to do printing this late because they close at 6pm and it’s not same day printing that this lovely lady was “doing me a favor” to come back tomorrow. I told her to put up a sign that says they are not allow to do printing after 530pm and that I wont be back. She had my 5 pages print ready and she denied to give them to me. Poorly customer service."
"This is routinely a horribly ran location. Knowing it is poorly stocked, poorly managed, I would never darken this locations door if not for Amazon returns. Which is what brought me today. Kudos to the one employee (Braden) handling everything from Amazon Returns, phone calls, cashier while the manager sat in the office with several other employees loudly gossiping and laughing as the line grew and grew."
"So many available computers and staffs but only one dedicated for Amazon Returns which pretty all the business here. Staffs dont seem to happy with the increased traffic for the returns when they normally have no customers"
"We ordered three different sets of invitations and holiday cards. They were all done in half the time that was projected, they were done beautifully, and the customer service on site was excellent. The cost was such a wonderful deal. We used to be Costco card people, but since they switched to Shutterfly, the prices quadrupled. We will now be using Staples."
"Unprofessional. I ordered a rush print. They did a rush than they closed early. Didn't put anywhere or contact me. I couldn't get my product for two days because they closed early Wednesday and Thursday was a holiday. I spend THOUSANDS on prints, never again! Still tried to charge me for the rush. This greatly effects my business. Bbb notified"
