Huge kudos to Heather and Josh for their customer, care, and assistance they provided me with a project my son and I are working on. they went above and beyond! the helped me with identifying what to purchase, cutting wood to appropriate sizes, and being extremely friendly. They delivered everything right to my doorstep. Honestly, the customer service was excellent! I sincerely appreciate all the time and attentention they afforded me! Good, welcoming customer service with people who actually know what they are talking about is hard to find nowadays, and these guys found it! Thank you!!!!!!!!"

"Now since there are only 2 hardware stores in town, I'm not gonna be that guy. I am kinda bummed I didn't find this Gem earlier though. Now I do competitive app shopping from the other local shop. To be fair, Best lumber does offer lower prices. I really enjoy the being left alone to shop and when I ask for help it is all the way to the register. Thank you Best Lumber!"

"Terrible place to shop. I try to stay local but businesses like this make it hard for me to do so. I wanted to do a return, but they told me that I would have to come back in an hour or pay the 5% they get charged when I use a card. How is that my fault? Also the little girl working at the front counter is pretty useless."
