M & M Carpets

"My husband and I picked out carpet yesterday from here. Hunter told us he'd come out in the morning at 11:00 to measure our house. Noone ever showed up or even called us explaining why the weren't coming!! We waited and waited and finally left our home to return their samples of carpet back to them. When I walked in the store Hunter was just standing there doing nothing and I asked him what happened? We had an appointment with you. He said he tried calling but there was no answer. He said he didn't leave a message. I told him we waited and waited for him and he could have at least left a message. He claimed his truck broke down. He had a real attitude with me and told me to have a nice day! Well buddy you lost out on $5000 I'll go somewhere else with people that have good customer service.!!!"

"I made an appointment a week prior to need someone to come out. The day of the appointment the guy was 30 min late. He stated he had a customer in the office. We were on a tight schedule as explained previously to the appointment. The guy said "no problem."The real estate agent gave me a 1 hr. Time frame. When the guy arrived he took measurements in a timely manner and said "I'll call you this afternoon with an estimate." It has now been over a week without a call. I have called and left 2 messages without a response back. Poor customer service."
