"This is my favorite Safeway in the area. I know it gets a bad rep from all the homeless people around, but honestly MOST of them are respectable enough and don't bug you for money. What really sets this Safeway apart from the one on Cypress and Anderson Safeway are the employees. Employees come and go, but I have NEVER had one employee be rude or dismissive in any way. They go above and beyond."

"The food at Safeway is the best, unless you go to a little, boutique, store that closes at 5. Beautiful produce, the best meat, every brand of everything! But, MY GOD, are they expensive! I saw a steak, ONE steak, for $51.00. That is just stupid, in my opinion. Honestly. So, if you want the best, go to Safeway. But, you're gonna pay for it!"
